I'm Dr. Sunil Arora, and I've spent more than 20 years in cosmetic and plastic surgery, working out of Jaipur through most of that time. Somewhere along the way, gynecomastia cases became a big part of what I do, mostly through word of mouth rather than marketing.
As a gynecomastia surgeon, my approach stays fairly simple, examine the patient properly first, figure out whether it's fat, glandular tissue, or both, then explain the surgical option that actually fits. I don't hand out the same recommendation to everyone who walks through the door.
