During motor coil drying, one issue that keeps coming back is temperature drop after loading. Empty chamber heats up normally, but once coils are placed inside the Drying Oven, temperature falls and takes longer to recover. In one shift, we loaded stators directly from shop floor without preheating, and the temperature dropped almost 20 degrees. The heaters were working fine, current across phases was normal, but load was absorbing heat too fast.
Read MoreDuring regular production, one issue that comes up again and again in an Industrial oven is temperature drop immediately after loading. Empty chamber reaches setpoint without much delay, but once a full Batch Oven load is pushed inside, temperature falls and takes longer to recover. This is more noticeable when loading heavy fabricated parts or dense motor components. In one shift, after loading a full trolley of cast parts, temperature dropped nearly 25 degrees and took more than expected time to stabilize.
